●      All shipments are covered by accident insurance according to the stated value at the origin.

●      Package of consignments must be in accordance with the insurance standards, otherwise it will not be covered in the accident insurance.

·        Parcels must be delivered to the baggage warehouse three hours before the departure of the train.

●      Packages containing valuables, cash, documents and securities will not be sent.

●      It will not be possible to transport flammable materials and perishable food by train.

●      After 48 hours from the arrival of the luggage to destination warehouse, the storage fee is calculated and collected from the recipient.

●      In all stages of shipment, the sender and receiver will be notified of the status of the shipment by SMS.
