• After a 2-copy loading-bill is issued as a document for acceptance of  the cargo, the transportation process starts and after the cargo is delivered to the reciever at the destination(and reciever’s signiture is obtained), the second copy of loading-bill will become expierd.

• Any damage caused by the defect of the wrapper and the weakness of the packing, or the inconsistency of the cargo in a package, or the damage caused by unavoidable accidents (forced majeure) will not be the responsibility of the carriers.

• The cargo submitted for transportation will be insured against accidents, and the compensation for the damage will be returned based on the declared value of the good’s owner in the loading-bill and any claims in addition to the declared value will not be affected.

• The wrapping and packaging of the cargo must be sufficient and suitable for the type of goods to protect the loadings from possible damage during transportation, the damage caused to the cargo due to insufficient wrapping will not be the responsibility of the carrier.

– If the reciever’s address is wrong or the reciever is not available at the destination, the city transportation fee and the right of storage ( cellarage ) will be charged to the reciever according to the tariff.

• According to Article 59 of the Railway Tariff, any objection made after taking the luggage from the warehouse will not be accepted.

• According to the company’s tariffs The storaging fee for cargoes that are undecided in the warehouses will be collected from the reciever 48 hours after entering the destination warehouse.

• If the reciever or the sender cannot be reached within 6 months after the issuance of this bill, according to legal procedures, , the company will have the right to auction the shipment and claim its rights from the sales proceeds. The auction deadline for perishable goods will be 48 hours after entering the destination warehouse.

• Cash, banknotes, packages of jewelry, shams, musk, gold and silver artificial ( artefacts ), ornaments, and securities will not be accepted for transportation and should not be placed in packages that are handed over as luggage. If the luggage is lost, claiming of missing package will not be processed.

• In case of any apparent defect in the packaging of the load and inconsistency in the number of packages at the destination, the detailed cases must be reported immediately by the reciever and the person delivering the goods before the loads leave the warehouse, otherwise the responsibility will be on the carrier.

Note – Damages will not be paid to perishable loads that spoil due to delay in shipping and delivery.

• The owner of the cargo, either the sender or the receiver, accepts that the matters not mentioned in this text are subject to the laws and regulations of the tariff for the carriage of goods and passengers by Iran’s railway, approved in June 1964, and subsequent amendments and additions, especially the approvals and instructions of the cited railway company.

• In the shipments that weight less than 20 kg, will be considered 20 kg, and the floor price of each loading bill is 200,000 Rials.

• The deadline for sending the documents of the damaged goods by the customer is 20 days after submitting the form, and the customer must deliver the documents to the insurance representative located in the station warehouse where the damage has occurred.
